#asktheexpert please. suggest a diet chart for 1year old baby

A. Hi, since baby has completed one year you can start giving all type of food which you prepare at home. But make sure it is less oily, spicy. 8 AM-breakfast and a glass of milkshake 11 PM-fruits with dry fruit powder and honey 1 p.m-rice and dal or Khichdi with vegetable fry and curd rice 4 PM-fruit juice or vegetable soup 7 8 PM-Idli or Upma. Before sleeping-glass of lukewarm milk with a pinch of turmeric.You can also include buttermilk, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.
