Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant jffgand decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. flucold drops fsmall babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe
