as your child is 7 months old and has cold and cough problem, please breastfeed your child as per his or her needs,it contains antibodies which help your child to fight against viral or bacterial infection
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
give warm water with pinch of turmeric powder,give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 4 hours
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
