A. Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) . Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge. Water should be limited to 40 ml max per day. It can be given after a meal.

A. A 6-12 month old baby needs two to eight ounces of water per day on top of the water they get from breast milk/formula. Taking sips from their cups throughout the day will usually get them the water they need.
