#asktheexpert Can I introduce candy sugar in boiled water to my 5 months old baby? As it's hot summers my mother advised me to feed her Water boiled with jeera and khadi shakkar

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. You should not exclusively breast feed your baby till six months and around 6 months you can give it as cumin will improve digestion as well and continue feeding baby on regular intervals
