#AskTheExpert can I feed my 7 month old baby cerelac rice and cerelac white apple ine at morning and one at night in a same day ? though my baby baby take this in bottle in little liquid form as cant eat the thick one yet

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. do not give cerelac in liquid form. maje it's paste like consistency. Always feed freshly cooked food to your baby. Do not add salt, sugar, honey to your baby’s food.
