#asktheexpert am loosing my hair post partum.. Any suggestion??

Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important.
Iron and Zinc also plays important role.
Other factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hormone .vf
A good care along with maintainance of proper hygiene is also necessary .
Use good product specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.
