#asktheexpert am having white pimple kind on nipple from past 1 month.. when baby bites it turns pinkish red.. when shown to gynec, she told it will go on its own but it is not going and it is difficult to breastfeed with it now.. what to do?

A. hi yes, usually it disappear by own. so to get relief in pain please do the following things: try different feeding position. use nipple shield for time being. do warm compress or take hot shower ,it will help to reduce the pain. wear loose fitting Cotton clothes maintain good hygiene.
