yes totally normal.
kids can get their complete set of 20 milk teeth anytime upto the age of 3 years.
so dont worry and wait for some more time

Please continue breast feeding milk to the baby, if you already stopped then you must start with good solid food in semi solid condition. Teeth will grow on their own not to worry, give healthy food with vegetables and fruits.
