Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treahtment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motifons are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

Use saline nasal drops
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
