#asktheex I gained the weight after pregnancy..... I need a diet to reduce it at home

A. Hello To lose weight, you can do this 1. Include protein & fibre rich foods like skim milk, egg whites, pulses sprouts, curd Vegetables fruits, nuts, fish, chicken, low fat paneer 2. Avoid sugar, sweets, fried & junk foods 3. Exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast

A. hello actually immediately don't start off with anything once your baby starts off with the top food then only you have to start with some kind of workout working yoga complete cut down of sugar sweet items junk food a complete dedication is a must
