I wanted to lose weight.. after pregnancy I have gained weight.. suggest me how to reduce it..

A. Hi To lose weight, you can 1. exercise daily for 45 minutes 2. avoid sugar, sweets, fried, foods, bakery foods 3. include more lean protein like egg whites, low fat paneer, Dal's, curd, skim milk 4. take plenty of water, Vegetables and salads 5 take few fruits, nuts too
