Q.

am a mother of 10 months baby..I gained 13 kgs after pregnancy I wanted to lose weight ..pl do suggest me I wanted to have some suggestions how to reduce stretch marks and upper and lower Belly after pregnancy..

A. Hello to loose weight you need to have well balanced diet with all vital nutrients like protein and balanced carbs and fats with micro nutrients in proper amount small frequent meals to be taken start exercise after you complete 5months, add physical activity like yoga, power yoga, cycling, brisk walking, swimming etc

Hi parent please include green tea instead of coffee and tea please avoid sugar more than two tea spoon per day please take one bowl of salad before taking meal please do some exercise and yoga at early morning for one hour daily please take balanced diet with adequate quantity of water and sleep well
