Tho aap sugary foods , refined and processed foods completely avoid kare.
Post delivery exercise recommend kiye jaate hai woh kare aur brisk walking , yoga ya koi workout karen for atleast 30 to 45 mins daily
SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. have warm water or jeera water in the morning in empty stomach. Avoid carbs and replace with brown rice n millets. Avoud junk food and have healthy snacks. Avoid sugars and use natural sweeteners. These few changes wil sure help you lose weight easily. Millets or brown rice czn be replaced for white rice.
