#askexperts I can’t loose my weight...How can i loose my weight??

A. hello mom start your day with jeera or ajwain water and have lots if fluid and fiber in the day and do some physical activity like walk yoga for 30-45 mins daily have salads before lunch and dinner and finish dinner three hours before going to bed and say no to sugar and sweets
