A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Do not think of dieting as long as your baby is breastfed. Be conscious while taking in carbohydrates and sugars. Eat more protein and fibre rich foods. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Good luck and take care.
