#askexperts how to lose tummy, arm and thighs weight? can you please suggest few tips to maintain a fit body?

A. dear mom include good protiens , variety of vegetables, fruits fruits and hydrate yourself well with lukewarm water, dal water, buttermilk, sauf water, soups this will help in better quality of milk and also weight loss

A. hello have a healthy and nutritious food in the diet and also you can be doing walkin and excercise which can help to reduce your weight and Belly fat also and you may do abdominal exercise for the same too and even start with yoga or zumba which are effective fitness form
