A. Hello parent , you have to take care of your diet and physical exercise, spend atleast 45 mins a day with some physical exercise be it yoga or brisk walking etc apart from that take care of your diet and avoid heavy meals especially after late evenings , limit and avoid sugary , refined and processed foods
