A. yes, she can produce enough breast milk. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. give her fuids before and after breast feeding. offer dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements
