Q.

i am not having bm ...i have used lactaways milk powder and lactare tablets for 1 month but there is no increase in bm.can you please suggest any other solution?

A. I am also faced this situation but I took dutapapeshwar ka satavarikalpa and leptaden tabs by my doctor suggestion it helps me in increasing breast milk so u can try them according to ur doctor suggestion and try including fenugreek, garlic ,milk,ragi and lots of water in ur diet.
