#askexpert i had my c section in emergency ita now upto 1 year and it hurt near scars like neddel pokken to me and backpain hurt a lot

U Consult your doctor if you’re still having pain after completing one year of your delivery then that’s not nice and for back pain you should start doing exercising relating to your bank as that will only help in shooting down the back pain otherwise it will continue for a longer time
