For urself u can apply calamine lotion or aloe Vera gel to get rid of the pimples on the face and back.
If ur baby is having pimples then you can apply baby Himalya calamine lotion on the skin.
Also use good skin care products for ur baby like babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin
