# Ask the Expert# My son is 9 months old..He catches cold very fast.I am fedup of giving medicines to him.. Can you suggest some other alternative? Can i give bath to my baby daily with warm water in winter? Is giving bath to him daily can be a cause of catching cold frequently? The temperature here is 15 degree.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. try to improve the immune system in the baby hyes you can give all seasonal fruits to the baby and vegetables take all vaccines including optional vaccines for having proper immunity exposed to sunlight for vitamin D essential for the baby
