as i Delivered a baby in the month of January still my stomach looks like 6 months pregnant,is it normal or having issuing ? what do I do for a flat tummy ?

A. Hi mom If the tummy has not gone inside ,u can now start with the exercise. u can also start with daily walk. also take good healthy diet and cut the outside food , sugary drinks..
