Q.

#asktheexpert On 15th February 2024 I have delivered a baby via normal delivery. But still my stomach looks like that I am 5 month pregnant. How to deal with this!!!

A. you have to work out on a daily basis. The fat gets accumulated around the belly especially during pregnancy and it is a hard to burn also. You have to work out
