Q.
As a breastfeeding mother of a 16-day-old infant experiencing low milk production. Is it safe to use lactation granules? If yes then whivh one? any suggestion. I read it could cause gas problem.

Shatavari powder is very good to be taken you can take it three times in the day with warm milk that is going to be very good and yes usually lactation supplements are helpful in boosting your lactation plus you have to make sure to have plenty of liquids and a very healthy diet
