Q.

As a breastfeeding mother of a 16-day-old infant experiencing low milk production. Is it safe to use lactation granules? If yes then whivh one? any suggestion. I read it could cause gas problem.

A. Galact granules or Satavarex granules work good as they contain Shatavari ( Asparagus racemosus) , a known galactogogue.

A. yes I can take.i am taking it now mng& evng.my baby is 11 day old.it helps to increase breast milk. And also increase your water intake.

A. Shatavari powder is very good to be taken you can take it three times in the day with warm milk that is going to be very good and yes usually lactation supplements are helpful in boosting your lactation plus you have to make sure to have plenty of liquids and a very healthy diet
