Are lactation pills good for me and my baby and if they are good then which one to use?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom these are recommended if you have issues pertaining to milk production , so haf to be used till a certain duration and dosage is indivudal based so consult the gync accordingly

VaishnaviMom of a 1 yr 6 m old boy1 day agoA. Instead of pills try natural food items like meat (kheema) and fish and ivy gourd (Dondakai-Telugu)which helped me in my breastMilk production include this regularly like once in a day and drink a lot of water
