Best way to reduce it is by ibcluding fiber and protein rich foods in the diet alongwith variety of fluids. Reduce intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Do skin toning exercises like brisk walking, breathing, jogging and Yogasanas. Drinking warm jeera Or lemon water in the morning will help too.
