After c section and start my breastfeeding i could loss nearly 10 kgs weight how I will recover myself?

A. hi for strength & staying energetic, consume nutritious foods like Almonds, cashews, walnuts, dates, egg, avocado, banana, paneer, fish, pulses, soya chunks, curd, anjeer, fruits have good sleep take 5 to 6 meals in a day
