Q.

After 3 months of C section, my tummy is big and it is looking like it holds lots of air. Can you recommend some exercises and is it safe to start now?

A. Weight loss is a major concern in many because of the hormonal changes specially post delivery. There may be laxity of the muscles and fat contain increases. So here calorie restriction, specially for sugar and fat should be there also, do not take excess of carbohydrate. Do regular exercise specially musclegh strengthening which should be gradually increased calorie intake and calorie burn should be noted and accordingly do weight management
