Accidentally I ate seer fish 10 piece in 3 days during breastfeeding.Is it affect the baby?

Though it isn't recommended to be consumed at this phase as it has high mercury content and it is not safe for baby nervous system growth
but now that you have consumed nothing much can be done in near future to avoid until you are breast feeding
