ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. yes. rest more ok. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
