Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. it could be cradke cap which is quite common in babies.dandruff is quite not possible in such small babies. cradle cap usually goes away on its own. but maintain hygiene. keep the baby well hydrated.wash the hair regularly. wipe the scales with your fingers gently while giving bath .
