Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated .
Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine .
As a htome remedy steam inhalation would be very useful .
Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per tfhe symptoms .
Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

Crocin DS Can be given to the child according to the current rate of the child which is what is going to be the most appropriate thing to do because that’s what you can go ahead with and that is what is going to be the right thing that you can go ahead and repeat the medicine after every six hours
