4 months swara pass watery stool 10 to 12 time her weight 7 kg urine count 4 to 5 time is it normal

A. The urine output is going down which is not good and probably that’s associated with the loose motion because of water is coming out in that right now either your child is having its teeth or their stomach infection so please check with your doctor this regard
