Q.

4 months back I had 2nd c - section but I'm not giving breast feeding but still some times i saw the spotting every 15th day why is there any concern

A. It Could be an abnormal period it better it would be advisable for you to get a check with at least will have a surety about it and if required will suggest you with some medicines to balance your hormones so that this thing will stop happening
