hi doctor after my c section delivery I didn't bleed much just I saw spotting for 4-5 after delivery is it normal or not please tell me

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes ok only. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
