4-5 loose stools while using febrex plus syrup and having cold .. is it normal or severe issue??

I don’t think so they lose motion can be connected with the medicine that you giving is it is hundred percent safe to be given to the child and it is a very mild medicine but sometimes it with me not Suit then it could be a problem but that chance is also very very so kindly connect with your doctor ones
