2 days back my child got cold,and fever like 99.5 temp,my worry is,in her nose some blood patches inside ,but not bleeding,is it normal during cold, please help me.

A. yes might be due to cold weather or because of forcefully cleaning of nose it can be.. Give steam inhalations 4 to 5 times a day for cold and cough, use baby vicks, use nasal drops
