13 weeks old exclusively breastfeed baby girl,not pooping since 5 days. What to do?

A. Actually kids can go without pooping for two or three weeks sometimes at a stretch but gene it is considered normal if the child is comfortable taking the feeding properly then there is no issue otherwise in case of emergency you can put us a suppository to clear the system
