you recommend a cypon drop to my child which has so many side effects, please don't advise to others it's dangerous

Having any syrup for longer time has side effects. Cypon syrup is not for using for long term as other supplements like calcium iron.
It is given for very short time if baby doesn't feel hunger for longer period of time and refuse food. It is given in extreme circumstances only.
Sit together and eat together. Most babies follow what they see their parents are doing or eating.
