ye reddish pimples and rashes ho rhe hai babu ke nose ke aas pass and also inside one nostril. please help me out.

Actually with the picture it is looking like a mosquito bite which is why there is a highly small red pimple appeared and that’s a mosquito bite so currently if you want you can apply a mix of Kapoor and Coconut oil that is going to be helpful in the current situation
