why my one year 3 months old girl vomiting everything what she eats, every single feed. please suggest something

A. hi sometimes overfeeding , indigestion can cause this but it happens due to infection too so if there is other symptoms like high grade fever , frequent stomach pain , sticky ,too smelly vomiting ,green coloured vomiting ,kindly consult your pediatrician
