why my baby is vomiting after meal at the afternoon ? why my babys feet is yellowish ?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. it need it bebseen. Any pediatrician should examine the baby as it may be some under lying problem with the baby . If fever is there then paracetamol can be given for immediate relief . No any medication without consulting doctor .
