why my 3 months baby fart smell is too bad

Uma RamMom of 2 children1 day agoA. Hello good evening !! If the baby is having gas and constipation issues then releases gas with a bad smell. Do regular tummy massage with warm caster oil or coconut oil for 5 minutes in a clockwise direction using finger tips,this will reduce gas and constipation issues.
