ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. newborns can have foamy poop if there is an imbalance in foremilk and hindmilk. more fore milk and less hindmilk can cause foamy stool do not worry unless the stool is too watery on hard in consistency keep breast feeding the baby at regular intervals
