A. The breasy milk production is a continuous process and the leaking will occur whenever the breasts are full of milk.sometimes a stimulus like a crying baby will also lead to leaking of milk. There are breast pads available to conceal the leaking, you can buy them online also

A. when the milk secretion is more than what baby is able to take milk leak happens actually there is not any solution to control it as more milk secretion is a good sign nothing to worry you can just Express out it with the help of pump so that it will not get wait
