why do I feel periods like cramp after 10 days of c section my back hurts

A. If you’re still having your periods after your C-section it’s probably because of that only because sometimes there can be a situation but sometimes it is just like a cramp associated with period but it’s usually nothing just due to hormone disturbance you may be failing this issue
