Because you make them sleep early they sleep for about 8 to 10 hours and once their sleep is complete the wake up some kids just sleep for 6 to 7 hours at a stretch and their comfortable so they wake up because they do not have a cycle in this which is why they can sleep late wake up early sometime sleep early so wake up early
