white patches on babys tongue from 1 month on wards what i do???

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. white colour of the tongue might be due to either simple coated tongue and if it is not going away by fivnger cleaning or cloth cleaning and it appears that the child is having pain as well as is not taking feeds then you will have to rule out fcungal infection of the tongue.
